My wife communicated with salesman (Jerry) from home to confirm availability of mattress she was interested in prior to me driving across town to make purchase.On arrival at The Dump Jerry was busy with a customer but made sure to have another salesman assist me while he completed his transaction.Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.

Some of the prices are pretty good. And they have a nice variety. But for a discount retail outlet it is pretty pricey overall. Some of the furniture is really nice and most of the sales people are nice and helpful without being overbearing. However they lose a star because 3 sales people constantly told us we couldn’t get the set we wanted because it wasn’t available. Then we tried to order it online and where told by multiple people that if we did, we wouldn’t necessarily ever get the furniture. The last salesman Glenn Jones was amazing and managed to help us order the set we wanted with minimal fuss and was extremely helpful. If he hadn’t been so helpful then this would have only gotten 2 stars as I’ve never before been told by staff at a company that their online sales would take my money without ever giving me furniture.

This was a great experience. I feel like I finally got some quality furniture. I paid a little more but it is exactly what I want. They had what I liked in stock and available for quick delivery. Dave was a great salesman also. Wasn’t to aggressive and yet somehow knew when we needed him. His anticipation of our needs was spot on. So far, great experience. Can’t wait to get our brand new couches.
