The Italian restaurant is superb, both in service and in quality of the meal.

Good dining and shopping options, but prices can be a bit high.

Always a fun place. There’s something for everyone. You walk everywhere and parking can get intense. If you plan on eating, be sure to book Reservations! THAT’S IMPERATIVE if you plan on grabbing a bite to eat.

Eminent Domain – the term usually refers to the Government’s right to aquire private land to turn it into a large scale project for the Public Good. Usually it has to do with highways or other large scale civil engineering projects. I’ve wanted to live here at the Domain since I heard of the concept. A provincial style live/shop center where people live above the shops. It’s a lot more quiet than I anticipated. To be honest I expected a lot more interaction with my neighbors.. perhaps because of the pandemic, people seem to be guarded. Nonetheless. I like living here…but I’ll be honest I end up doing more shopping at the ARBORETUM because it has Friendlier vibe. Don’t get me wrong this is a great place to relax in the evenings and we have plenty of night clubs and restaurants. But we do need an anchor Bookstore and more nature/water places to relax. It’s a bit too cold and serious. It needs just a hint of Austin weirdness.

From its lavish shopping to fine dining and a superb night life, this area is growing fast! With its own dog park and volleyball courts to Top Golf right next door, how could you not enjoy yourself here?? Just be mindful of the doggy bowls outside the shops, some aren’t the cleanest.
