I’m not an avid cyclist, so take it easy. All I needed was a wider seat and a water bottle cage. They had what I needed at a fair price. (compared to the bike shop near me) What made my experience special was the store clerk, Alex. The water bottle cage didn’t include the screws to mount it. The used bike I was fixing up didn’t have the screws. Alex actually grabbed his own bike, removed the mounting screws and gave them to me for free. I have a drawer full of these at home, here you go.THAT’S what I call customer service! Bravo, Alex… a small gesture like that has earned your store our business for any and all bicycle needs, and we will recommend it to whomever asks.

Amazing bikes and even better staff! Colt was awesome and very transparent about their bikes and what was best for me. He and the staff went out of their way to take care of me and they can’t be beat. Also, with the purchase of a bike, your first tune-up is free! Check them out; you won’t regret it!

Kelsey was so friendly and helpful, the bike I was looking for was a bike I’d seen at their shop about 10 months back. She checked her system and seen there was 2 in inventory. She took the initiative to look for this possible inventory inquiry. Kelsey was prompt and confident in her ability to locate the bike, she assured me she’d keep me informed on the process and progress in the event they couldn’t find it. The best part was She found one in their warehouse that same day.This effort Kelsey gave made my sons birthday very special, he loves that bike. it’s those little gestures that go along way.
