The customer service of this place is horrible. The organization is horrible. If you want quality service for a fair price dont come here. I was cussed out on the phone after trying to find honestly basic info that other retailers can give to me no problem. Do not reccomend, absolutely horrible experience. These people should not own a business.

Nice shop, on the smaller side but has a nice feeling to it. They have an actual gunsmithing room in the back which is more than most shops have around here. They stock primers and powder at decent prices considering the times. They also have a nice laser engraver there. Employees are nice and knowledgeable.

Waited over 8 months for a repair, never got a call from the smith. Have called a few time and they blew me off. I went in to get my rifle which they told me would take about 5-6 months for a rebarrel, the owner told me he couldn’t find it. I can’t believe the owner would cus me out after I asked what do you mean you can’t find it and throw a temper tantrum. I have a few thousand dollars invested into the rifle, kinda not something I want to hear when I go to get my property back.
