The Staff was incredibly rude. As I entered the store she began complaining about being open at that hour and how everyone has jobs and is working so no one is at the outlets. I was pretty surprised but she carried on then asked if I needed help, which I denied, at this time I recognized her from a previous encounter where she pushed hard for me to buy things I didn’t want. I understand people are stressed but I don’t feel that I should be made to feel uncomfortable going into a store that is open because the employee doesn’t agree with company policy. This store was so much better before it relocated. I was hesitant to shop here because of my previous experience but the lastest trip just reconfirmed why I’ll go elsewhere next time.
