Big fan of The Container Store. This store is big, clean, finding parking can be tricky at times. What was really amazing was one of the employees at check out was telling customers , Happy Friday, that is pretty cool.

This store is a hot mess. Missing cashiers, missing online orders, missing stock.Makes it hard to support local businesses when the disorder and lack of professional services is so glaringly obvious.Waited weeks for an item I was charged upfront for that never showed up, and no updates provided. I had to make an extra trip in person to the store to get it resolved. Wasted money, effort, and time.
