Great store. Bought my Elfa system here and random other stuff. Service is always good and friendly. Plus it’s the only one in the city so what are you gonna do even if they weren’t good?

Talk about ways to organize my life. Great store, urban and hypster vibe on ways to be efficient and effective in ways to live.

I VISITED YOUR SAN FRANCISCO STORE ON 4TH ST. I’M DISABLED IN A ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR. I NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE WERE UNHELPFUL TO SAY THE LEAST. I ASKED A MALE EMPLOYEE IF THEY COULD HOLD MY SHOPPING BAG WHILE I LOOKED FOR MY ITEM AND THEY SAID NO.LITTLE DID I KNOW WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE THAT THE STORE WAS CLOSING SOON. BUT A FEMALE EMPLOYEE RUDELY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO HURRY BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING IN 10 MINS. I ASKED FOR HELP AND INSTEAD OF SHOWING ME WHERE THE ITEM WAS SHE JUST SAID UPSTAIRS. I HAD ONE HAND TO HOLD MY SHOPPING BAG AND ONE HAND TO MANEUVER MY ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR, EVEN IF I FOUND THE ITEM I HAD NO WAY TO BRING IT TO THE COUNTER TO PURCHASE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT FIND THE ITEM AMONG THE PLETHORA OF ITEMS UPSTAIRS.THERE WAS A MAN OVER THE LOUD SPEAKER TELLING EVERYONE THE STORE WAS CLOSING.I LEFT WITHOUT FINDING MY ITEM.I’LL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE. YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE COMPASSION AND A SENSE TO HELP SOMEONE ESPECIALLY DISABLED PERSONS.
