I placed a curbside order at this location about two weeks ago. The lady that serviced me was vulgar and lacked customer service. She pretty much threw my items in the car, slammed my door, and didn’t close my trunk correctly. I have a Mercedes, all you have to do is press a button, and the truck will close automatically. She forced my truck down and could have destroyed my trunk! She left without saying bye or anything. I thought maybe she was going to get something else. I like this location, but the employees here definitely need training in customer service.

I love the container store products. They are good quality and they have everything you need. But this location seems to always have the longest lines. While working on a kitchen project this weekend, I went twice to the store and spent no less than 30 minutes waiting in line to checkout. Not enough cashiers, there always seems to be a problem registering sales and coupons. Will probably be driving to a different location next time I need something.

Double check your box!! I placed an order and it was put into my trunk. When I got home the box was missing pieces and had extras of things I didn’t need. I didn’t notice because I didn’t touch the box until I got home but it had been retapped. It was either a return or had previously been opened. I called to complain to the manager that they need to double check returned items. She really didn’t care at all- and just said you have 120 days to return it (when I complained about driving all the way back to the store).
