So disappointed! Called because I was sent someone else’s order. Kept referring me to online and a 1-800 number that doesn’t work. So I have someone else’s package and God only knows who has mine.Not to mention it’s cold here and my kiddos new clothes are MIA. Not only do orders take for ever…. just know you won’t be getting your clothes and have no way to track down a person to report it to!Absolutely ridiculous!

This is by far my least favorite place to pick up a load from. It is ALWAYS a hassle! And if it’s shift change, they refuse you entry, regardless if you have an appt at that time or not. I hate coming here!
