The store to little and all the things are jam up. But the reason i gave you a one start review is for not allowing me to take my son to the restroom. It is a store for kids and you have to know that kids ask to go at any moment. So I ask your one of your staff member and she didn’t bother to look me in the face to tell me no the restroom is close. So I ask her so were do you go to the restroom. She reply well they aren’t close to us. I told here all the other store in this place have thier restroom open. She then told me it is a company order. I left all the things I was going to buy and left it in the counter. I took my son to Jcpenney and use their restroom with by the way is very clean. Bad customer experience with your staff. I wonder if it true of the company order or they are just lazy and don’t want to clean.

I had originally ordered online and paid an extra $15 for expedited shipping to be sent someone else’s items. Anyway, I called the store to make sure they had the birthday shirt in the size I needed, while she was talking to me she was also talking to a customer in store. I asked her to please hold it for me that I was 10 min away. She told me “no” then hung up the phone!!! Store is ALWAYS a mess and hot and understaffed it seems but that day I waited 35 min in the line to pay. Then when it was my turn the cashier was having an issue, so I had to wait longer for them to decide to finally switch and call on me. It was 45 min total for a $5 shirt. I will NEVER go back in that store. I will only purchase online from now on.

I came here to return 2 pants that didn’t fit my son. They were ordered online and shipped to my home. I went to the store with the original packages, tags on the clothing and my original packing slip. I also had my ID and debit card I had used to make the purchase. The associate would not provide a refund because she said I needed the emailed receipt! The small print on the back of the packing slip does not mention it needs to be accompanied by an emailed receipt in order to provide a refund! I had met all requirements for a refund, but the associate stated the packing slip did not show the last 4 digits of the card that I paid with, so a refund couldn’t be processed. I had the card in my hand and asked her to please try it. She said no. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my phone at home, so I couldn’t show her the emailed receipt she requested. I had to leave and drive all the way home for my phone, then all the way back to show her the emailed receipt that indicated the card that I originally showed her was the one I paid with because the last 4 digits on the emailed receipt matched the card. What a waste of time!
