Great service and Honesty: We shopped at this location yesterday and my wife lost her gold bracelet worth $600. She wasn’t sure where exactly it was lost. HORRENDOUS!!! I have three children and I’m pregnant with my fourth so I decided to do a pick up in store order. I placed my order and received a text and email that the Oder was being prepared. I went to the mall a few hours later went to the store and waited 40 minutes with my restless children while they searched for my order… I left to grab lunch with them went back waited another 40 minutes only for them to tell me they don’t know what happened and the manager will personally prepare the order mind you I was already charged for everything!!!! I left my number and asked for a courtesy call when everything was ready 2 hrs later I received no call and had to get my children home when I got home I called the store and they placed me on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and am now on hold with customer service
