Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Fantastic product, competitive prices, excellent service. I had business cards made for a client, with a couple changes requested, and everyone was happy. Looks like the rest of their printing services are great too, the place had a steady stream of customers whenever I was there.

Went in to print a few pages. Needed 15 but I accidentally printed a blank page as well. I separated it out and went to pay up front and I was told I would still be charged for the blanks. That seems kinda pretty since they are gonna go right back in the machine

Critical: Professionalism I called to ask questions about their mailboxes and the woman who answered was not kind at all. She laughed at a lot of my questions and it made me uncomfortable, and I just really wanted the conversation to end. Someone should train her properly because it made me not want to get a mailbox here, forreal.
