USING THIS COMPANY WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Getting married in 7 days and they still haven’t shipped me the items I was promised. Starting to think it’s a scam. They haven’t refunded my $. They’ve denied all my requests for a manager to call me. Try for yourself, call their phone #, they won’t even answer the phone.

Wrote down the wrong shirt size, requiring replacement. Threads on seams were not stitched well… I would never have bought this shabby tux. Receipts in e-mail and on-line did not correspond to the actual charges to my account, leading to yet more confusion and waste of time. I will definitely not rent from The Black Tux again.
