The Dimond location has excellent customer service, a wide variety of bicycles, and a decent variety of cycling clothing. I’ve used their shop services on multiple occasions. Always impressed!

Great local shop. Really helpful staff. Quick turn around on adding accessories.

Very knowledgeable and capable staff. I was very grateful for the deals they threw in with the original bike purchase, but unfortunately those didn’t pan out. They heavily discounted the updgrade to tubeless tires in my original purchase (waved a part and labor!), but I later found out the updgrade was never done (I had to buy a couple tubes to cover me until the shop could do the upgrade). I also didn’t know that making a tubeless upgrade would require another $160 in tools (a compressor tank to seat the bead, liquid sealant, and a valve remover) to swap the tires myself. So at this point I had paid $190 to the shop for tech I didn’t have and couldn’t use. That all would have been okay, but the salt in the wound was the shop ended up charging me for the parts and labor they waived in the original purchase when I brought it back.TL;DR: The shop gave me a sweet upgrade thrown in for a purchase at $30, never installed it, and I ended up paying over $250 for it. I would have passed on the upgrade if I’d known all of that ahead of time.
