I recently purchased a campervan from THE Auto Auction. Even the dog is happy with the purchase! This was an easy transaction and they gave me time to get financing, which is such a great option for a public auction! The transaction was very simple, the staff was very professional and extremely polite and the entire transaction was super pleasant. I got a fantastic deal on this vehicle and I know I will buy my next car from them. This is such a great alternative to dealerships!

The Auto Auction, Inc. located in South San Francisco (near San Francisco International Airport / SFO) is by far the best auto auction experience I’ve ever had. Whether your a car enthusiast, dealership, or casual buyer, there’s a very good chance that The Auto Auction, Inc will have what you need. What I appreciated most about my experience was (a) the bi-weekly auction inventory was extremely accessible via social media (Facebook and Twitter), visiting their website and searching “inventory,” or signing up for their email newsletter, in which the previous week’s auction and the upcoming auction information was clearly laid out, (b) the on-site staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and (c) the vehicle auction aspect was very straightforward, simple, and buyers could review vehicles at their own pace. During my first visit at the Auto Auction, I was greeted by staff who shared the vehicles available. The all female receptionist group, answered some of my lingering questions and showed me to auction room, which is around the corner from the front desk. Once inside, I was able to easily identify the vehicle basics from the information sheet they provided and vehicle information posted in the windows (see pictures). As a I walked around the showroom, I noticed all types of vehicles (new and old). Some vehicles would be purchased from parts, others appeared to be drive away ready. Once you find a car you like, you have a pay a non-refundable $50.00 bidder fee. This fee allows you to bid on vehicles for one (1) year. The bidding fee is steep and is the only downside, but, it’s the cost of doing business. There is a buyers premium of $300.00, but, when you can potentially save THOUSANDS, it’s a small price to pay. I would highly recommend than anyone looking for a vehicle consider The Auto Auction as a viable means to get a quality vehicle.
