They do so much with a small budget here, the staff deserves a lot of credit.

It’s a nice store, strong Covid protocols but not strong enough customer service. Not the highlight of my trip to Ventura. I expressed myself but unfortunately it was not receive respectfully.

I went to ARC to entertain with my therapy dog. The people who work here are obviously dedicated and caring. The clients appeared happy. The area was clean. They do so much with a small budget here, the staff deserves a lot of credit.

Yes I work here, but the the reason I am writing the review is because Arc is a beautiful place to work.. Especially the location I am in currently.. No, we do not make much money but the company does whatever it can to show us how much they appreciate us… The people we work with make every single day an adventure and the surrounding community is absolutely amazing to us… That old nasty line between us and them is non existent around here and all of us have a place.. Just as it should have always been. Thank you to The Arc for erasing those lines.
