But, we just hand washed dishes and let it sit forever.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. My oven’s manufacturer contacted them to do a repair. They showed up to assess the problem then left saying they needed to order some parts. I haven’t heard from them in over 3 weeks so I called back and they said the job was closed as they fixed the problem. After calling the manufacturer again they were able to get them the part and they came over to do the installation. The repair man stripped all the screws he needed to remove in order to replace the part so he left saying he needed to order more part. After 3 weeks of radio silence I contacted the manufacturer again to mediate this situation and they said (again) the job was closed as done. So it’s been over 3 months now and I still have an range oven and burners that don’t ignite. It’s been such an incredibly frustrating experience and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Everything you read here to date is correct. Lori seemed nice when I scheduled an appointment for Bill the owner to come out and look at my refrigerator. Called in the morning and he was out in the afternoon. Figured out what was wrong and needed to order some parts. Followed up in a week or so after not hearing anything and Lori directed me to his voice mail Bill’s voice he returns calls within 24-hours! Never heard from him so called back got Lori can’t help you back to Bill’s voicemail. Called a third time got Lori no help I’m becoming a bother. Told her she wasn’t being helpful and she hung up on me Gotta run need to find someone else to fix my refrigerator. Maybe I will just buy a new one.

Another customer experiencing horrendous customer service. American Home Shield scheduled their technician to come out and look at our appliances. After that I had to call week after week just to hear reasons like Bill isn’t here right now I will call you back tomorrow morning (no call) or Bill doesn’t have the model number anymore, can you provide it again or The person ordering the parts isn’t here right now and she is the only one looking up the status. She will call you back (no call).I don’t understand how this place can stay in business. They probably bill American Home Shield for the hours they spend making up excuses. I wish AHS would allow me to switch to a different repair service.
