My sales person was Nick. I’m not sure he would give me 5 stars but I tried his patience and he survived. I needed all appliances to freshen up a second home sadly neglected for over 20 years. I expected good pricing on a large sale. That said I was shopping while inventory was low everywhere. So we spoke by phone for many hours over 2 1/2 days. Long story short I got what I needed…with all of the attributes I was needing. Pricing was competitive if not cheapest but considering the industry circumstances I was lucky and happy.My very highest recommendation goes to Cesar who singlehanded delivered all of these pieces. He is a treasure. No nonsense. Does his job better than anyone I’ve seen. He left me feeling that I’d made a good choice with this company

just purchased an LG refrigerator. Thank you Rene and Cesar. Man they are the best when it comes to installing and delivery. Ceaser knows his stuff. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone processed the paperwork and set up delivery had exceptional customer service. I can’t forget the young lady who helped me last Saturday. She also has exceptional customer service. Thank all of you for such a great experience in your store. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Great store and staff. Everyone was nice and friendly. The most amazing was Cesar he delivered my fridge so fast and easy. The fridge I pick was 420 pounds. Cesar didn’t need help. The best delivery I had in my life !!! The best part that it was next day delivery. We need more stores like this.
