I had a machine in there for over a month waiting for a part and then their mechanic couldn’t figure out how to install it properly, so I gave him the number of someone who could walk him through it and two days later it still wasn’t ready. In the meantime another machine of mine was in and they told me it was ready, but it still did not work correctly. I was billed $150 for labor on two machines that left the shop not working properly and their manager told me to take them to another dealer for repairs. 1/2 hour and $80 later both machines were fixed and work just fine. Meanwhile I’m out $150. Since when do you pay for repairs that are sub-par and then get told to take them elsewhere to get fixed?
