Whomever is at that front desk has the worst energy I’ve experienced in 2021 thus far! How don’t you know how to answer the phone properly? How don’t you know how to greet someone properly when that is the root of your employment!?? Do your job or find another job SIMPLE!!I am revising… I do not know how to reply to response. Thank you for asking. It was the same day a few minutes before I post the review. It was the first person whom answered. A woman. She barely said hello. It made me so uncomfortable. The level of energy she has pertaining to anger and disgust is strong! That is not whom you want to have at your front door….

The optical shop is awful! When picking up My child’s glasses today. I told lady the needed adjusted and she refused Saying she had already adjusted them without them being on his face. Before we made it home he already had a headache. Now I have to waste gas going back for a job that could’ve been done before we left! Doctor and staff are good but optical need help!
