Love the food, but one thing to give feedback on is that some of the servers need to have a little more communication skills and be more attentive. Our server disappeared where we had 3 people we had to ask service from. Each server probably needs to be assigned differently the amount of work load on the tables they get because each table will have different amount of customers. This is just an idea of how to try a different approach on how to have the restaurant work smoother.

Got in and was treated great by our waitress. The Steak was the best I’ve eaten in awhile. Food was fresh! Ribs, Chicken and Steak Tips ere amazing. Especially the Mashed Potatoes. We were also treated to staff line dancing! If I could place 6 stars I would. Best Steak Place I’ve been at! Thank You Texas Roadhouse! We will definitely be back!

I am never one to brag about service that I get while in the valley. However our server was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Despite Being triple sat she was smooth gracious and efficient with our food and drinks and orders. Food runners around us were dropping off food to each guest and not auctioning it off. Each person that came to our table made sure we had what we needed. The food was cooked perfectly. We picked a steak from the display window in the front and the filled out raffle ticket was perfectly executed. And she didn’t disappear after we were done eating but was ready to help us with boxes bags bread and getting us cashed out swiftly. This is not been one of my favorite restaurants in the past although it is my husband‘s favorite. But I will come back here again. I need to look up my servers name. Thank you TX Roadhouse! This was eating out is supposed to be about!! (Oh and clean restrooms which I’ve actually never seen in the valley before!) 5 Stars!
