It was my first time ever to this restaurant chain but overall it was a great experience. The service was awesome, the cuts of steak looked fresh and tasted great. The rolls were always hot and right from the kitchen, drinks refilled in a timely manner and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I will be going back again, and posting this in 2021 I will say I was very happy with the safety precautions taken, tables were socially distanced and all employees were seen wearing there masks at all times while working.

My wife and I are regulars here because we usually receive awesome service and great steaks. We drive about an hour to get there because of this. Up until now! We went there for my wife’s birthday yesterday. 3 of us ordered prime rib. After being there about an hour (after appetizers) we were told they were out of prime rib. (Drove an hour for it) We decided on other options only to have one of them them the wrong cut and all overcooked!! I usually don’t write bad reviews but when you spend $200 on a meal you expect to get what you pay for and we absolutely did not.
