Sales person was great.The stores inventory control was horrible. The item online was not available – ended up buying a different model. Payed for it and went to customer pick up. After half a hour and not seeing anyone I called the office and was told that one was out of stock also. So I paid for a higher model and then found out it was at a another location.Customer service for customer pick up was bad. Actually didn’t even exist. Long wait with no communication. Actually no one around to ask for help or updates

Called and prepaid for a washer on Wednesday – after calling quite a few places trying to find something in stock.Edward was the sales person – told me over the phone, yes we have it right here ready to pick up. That’s all I needed to know and out goes the $$$$I drive 3 hours on Thursday, oh…it’s not here. It’s being transferred but we can shuffle some paperwork and get you taken care of -An hour later… Finally a washing machine.I understand commissioned sales, but not being honest about what is and isn’t available is extremely unprofessional
