We had a great experience getting a floor model dish washer for a great price.

I know with the pandemic things are short as far as appliances being shipped out or made, but the stock is extremely low. There was no one there and I wasn’t sure if they were even open. The sales lady was very nice, but their prices were way above what we expected to pay. What we were going to pay for just a stove, we ended up being able to get a stove and freezer at Home Depot. Do your homework and shop around before getting your appliances here.

Very good service by very informed, patient sales person Jennifer. Showed me my options for refrigerators. Gave me all the information I need to make a wise decision. And they had a lot of appliances for other household needs. Great place.

I bought all of my kitchen appliances from Texas Appliance when I remodeled my kitchen, so I did not hesitate to make a Speed Queen dryer purchase via telephone. The salesperson was very helpful when I made the purchase. However, his attitude changed when I called to tell him I was disappointed with my purchase. 1. The dryer does not have a lint trap cover. I always need to clean lint off at least one or two clothing items. 2. The dryer takes an hour to dry towels. Yes, the dryer is getting hot. No, I do not overload the machine. 3. The ending buzzer sounds like a tugboat has arrived in my laundry room. Yes, I know I can turn off the signal- but I do need a reminder to remove the clothes or that the clothes will need MORE time to dry. 4. The dryer door is flimsy. The salesperson told me I must have a “processing problem”. At that point I was not very nice. I have been doing laundry for 50+.If I return the dryer to Texas Appliance I will be charged a 25% restocking fee. I believe that is a little steep. This will be my last purchase from Texas Appliance. The salesperson I worked with must have missed the “customer service” class.
