I needed to get a backrest installed on the driver’s seat of my Yamaha Stratoliner. Z at the Service Department checked me in and before my ride got there to take me home, Z had the backrest installed and ready to go. I had to cancel my ride home! I actually dropped my bike off and in less than 30 minutes rode it back home with the backrest installed! That is the fastest service I have ever experienced. Z is great and so is the rest of the shop. They’re good people who will do what is needed to take care of you. Highly recommend!
