I took my Model 3 to Sunnyvale SC for the HW3 upgrade. That appears to have gone well, but when I picked up my car the INSIDE was covered with leaves and dirt. Did they leave the windows open all night??? I showed it to the service guy and he says Thanks for telling me, I’ll communicate it to the team. I expected footprints on the floor mats and fingerprints on the plastic but my car now looks like a barn find after 2 days in their possession. I tried calling the service manager several times. Somebody keeps taking my number but I don’t expect to ever get a call back. Therefore, I don’t expect anyone to learn anything.

Great location and FRIENDLY staff! I came in with a question about the tow hitch option on my car. I was helped immediately and five staff members came to my car, answered my question, and offered to pull out the hitch cover and then CLEANed the car for me. This was a fantastic experience and I truly appreciate the help!
