The service of Burlingame office is much better than the Palo Alto one. Farina is very professional and helpful, I still remember that when I was at Enterprise for my loaner, the agent told me Farina has reserved two cars (SUV, Model S) for me to select, that’s very nice and means that she has a careful thought and done a lot of things ahead of time. She also keeps following up my car’s status with the tech team and send me the update much more frequent than the others.
