I’ve been to 6 different bay area tesla service centers, and the one in Seaside is consistently the best. Conveniently they are also the closest to my house, but if you live *anywhere* in the bay area, I highly recommend this shop, even if it means a bit of a drive.They recently helped me navigate a dicey situation with a car approaching end of warranty that needed some parts replaced, and they really came through despite supply chain issues and various process/bureaucratic entanglements. This is an 8yr old model S (from the very first production run), so I’ve seen the full arc of Tesla’s Support function being bootstrapped since the early days, and while there are definite growing pains and scale issues systemic in Tesla’s Support, what hasn’t changed is the excellent service from the Seaside shop.Many thanks to Franco for being patient and helpful throughout what had been a frustrating process until he took charge.Maybe it’s the technology that got this brand going, but I believe it is the customer focus that will sustain it, and the Seaside service center is doing it right.
