Worst seller in the world! Never buy anything from them! My husband and I ordered a Model Y, paid $ 100, waited two months. When the car was finally at the dealer’s and we applied for a loan in the Tesla system, through which the registration takes place, we saw that the loan for the purchase of this car was denied to us. The spouse canceled the order after he saw that we were refused. An hour after that we got a call from the bank, asked for our information and approved the loan! Today we called the seller and asked to reopen our order. The seller said that this is not possible and that we again have to pay $ 100 and wait 2 months !!! The automatic system of the seller misled us, and the seller just makes a helpless gesture! You are the worst!

Nothing but great things to say! Ash and April both have been amazing! Ash is on top of it from answering all 3000 of my questions to walking me through where my kids will sit. She’s got more patience then most teachers. That’s a rare find! The great ones never last they move on to better things. I just wish others had her passion and care!
