Upbeat, helpful sales staff. Discussed the Tesla autos with us and soon offered us a test drive of a model Y. We later drove a Grey model Y with dual motors- the rapid acceleration and degenerative braking was something to get used to. Front seating was adjustable to either of us (one person over 6 feet and one over 5 feet) and was comfortable for both. Frontal vision was very good, but rear vision left a lot to be desired when backing up. Use of the rear-vision camera when backing up is mandatory. However, viewing with the rear camera was adequate when backing into a parking space. By now most people know about the Tesla’s acceleration, and it didn’t disappoint. All in Allan interesting driving experience.

This is bar none the best place to purchase any of Tesla’s phenomenal products. Staff is exceptional, very polite and welcoming. There is no pressure and it is an amazing experience. Tesla Westchester also has great staff on the energy side. Very helpful!

Horrible service! AVOID BUYING TESLA!!! No call backs, messages are not returned. Communication through the app is slow and not responsive. It takes hours to get a simple message across. They park your car outside without telling you and it is there over the long weekend. No matter how great you think the car is, it has problems, and you will need service (second repair in 6 month). The service is a nightmare. It is the worst service ever, by far worse than experience with any automaker out there.On top of that. they damaged my car and trying to tell me that the damage was there in the first place. I don’t write reviews often, but this is a warning for all of you considering Tesla.
