I’ve had many service industry jobs, and so am sympathetic to the needs of workers, but this is LITERALLY the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Flee in terror if your landlord demands you use them. As all the other reviews have noted, they simply DON’T SHOW UP for appointments. Or they cancel at the last minute. The level of incompetent buffoonery is at such a grand scale that the hiring of Homer Simpson could only improve the situation. I’ve been immersed in bugs the entire time (their first treatment failed, although we followed all their instructions) and yet they drag out this situation with their cancellations (when we’re lucky) or no shows. Will they really be here on Tues? I doubt it. My only hope now is that the Better Business Bureau will bulldoze their building and then salt the Earth so that nothing can ever grow there forever. A pox upon them for 7 generations. DO NOT USE. EVER.

Years of satisfied patronage ended with a horrible customer service experience. Called to suspend quarterly treatments, no problem… but months later I somehow get a collections notice for the last scheduled service visit that we never even got. Called to find out what happened, but they said they had no record of our call and then literally hung up on us… now we have some rinkydink collections agency bugging us for money that we do not owe. Cannot recommend Terminix anymore.
