Why aren’t businesses communicating better during covid-19. We’ve had five months to figure it out on how to get information distributed. Google maps says it’s open, and until 8p no less. I was trying to get something small, delicate and simple and they literally turned away a customer. Stating they were by appointment only. As someone who is from London and was looking to cement up until today a lovely 3 months in Oakland. When I come back will be sure to go to the other recommendation over the pond in SF.
