I called Brian at 6:30pm on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about USB port on my laptop not working. He immediately started to help me and talked me through how to fix my computer. After I was able to fix my USB, with the help of Brian, I asked about upgrading my computer. Brian got me in on Tuesday, picked up my laptop from my job. He ran into some problems, but along the way he kept me posted. Brian told me of different options to help my laptop to run more efficiently because of all the schoolwork I have to complete. My laptop was returned to me at my home when the work was completed. There was communication throughout the time he was working on my laptop. Best service I have had for my laptop. I will be recommending Brian to everyone.
