Never ever use the ATM…had problems before but now I’ve really learned my lesson. (This happened at Quaker Road location, but all TD services are the same and people need to be aware) I use the ATM services because it is hard to get into the bank during their hours.They don’t control their ATM themselves, it’s a third party. My money AND card was taken by ATM. I had to wait 4 days for the ATM to just be counted to verify my money was taken… THEN you’re told to wait another 3-10 business days for it to go into your account. Everyone I spoke to was so nonchalant about it, when it was a large amount. Use any other bank you can, they also charge random maintenance fees to your account.
