The services Taylor provides are exemplary in every way. I have had two vehicles serviced there, a Mini Cooper and a Jeep. I have really never encountered such excellent service before ….. and I am eighty years old. They are very friendly and communicative. I believe they are very honest and competent. I, myself, know very little about cars, but am generally and professionally quite experienced and competent. Their work has a lifetime guarantee (but I don’t know the details). They provide pick-up service and/or courtesy loaner cars.I think their prices are slightly high, compared to competition (I may be wrong), but you have to expect to pay for what you get, and what I get from them I have never found anywhere else. I am a devoted customer so long as we both shall live.
