My most recent experience was terrible. I ordered Easter decor on February 11th, something they told us to our faces they had in stock they just needed to personalize them with names. Contacted them several times the last time wondering where our items were, the last time I heard something they were rude and acted bothered. We FINALLY got them MARCH 27th, a month and a half after I ordered something that was said to of already been made, not to mention they don’t look the way they’re supposed to ♀️. This wasn’t the only bad experience and bad attitude I have had to deal with from them I should have learned my lesson the first time, trust me, I’ve learned now.
