I had a great experience buying two watches at Tarrytown Jewelers. It started with a very professional interaction with Josh who sent over more in depth pictures of the watch I was interested in. I then decided to visit the store to see the watch in person. Unfortunately Josh was off and I met Ricki! She was great. Her personality and condor were perfect for me. She allowed me to look at several other watches and then decide upon the final two. I then met Steve, the owner, who worked with me on the price and now I am a faithful customer. Thank you for a great experience.

I’ve been shopping at Tarrytown Jewelers for over 4 years. Steve and his team have mastered the winning formula for procuring and selling Luxury Timepieces and Fine Estate and new Jewelry. I would highlight first the exceptional edit and breath of product. They literally have it all, and if not–they can get it! Second is the proven track record of integrity and trust both in authenticity and pricing. Third is a combination of common sense and high touch customer service, that is rarely seen even in the most prestigious retailers. I do not make any important jewelry or watch purchases without first calling Steve. In addition watch repairs, refurbishments, and jewelry adjustments are done extremely well by their network of artisans and watch professionals. I look forward to every opportunity to shop at Tarrytown Jewelers and I absolutely hold Steve in the highest regard and strongly recommend them.

Ricki is an absolute jewel! I never imagined I would feel as comfortable as I did buying a luxury good remotely, but she knocked it out of the park. I also briefly dealt with Monica who was also pleasant and highly efficient. 10/10 would recommend Tarrytown Jewelers, I’ve been singing their praises since I received my item a whopping 20 hours after payment was received.
