Drive up pick up service is supposed to be fast and convenient. It took over 30 minutes for my order to be brought out. Not a single car in the drive up lot was serviced during this time.

Mike the supervisor/manager has horrible customer service, very rude person that made us wait for more than 20 mins to come to customer service to help the cashier who was unable to help us with our transaction and honor the special promotion. Mike still had the nerve to double check the special tag even though I had a picture which it took him an additional 5 mins to check. He did not honor the promotion and told me he did not care if I had a picture on my phone in a very rude tone of voice. I have never experienced such horrible customer service at any target. He really ruined my evening.
