I hope that Lupe see my review as well as her manager. Lupe has great customer service and was very positive and did not crack under pressure. I almost had a panic attack after purchasing a Acer laptop two weeks ago, lost my receipt after paying cash and could not do a exchange after learning that Microsoft Apps are not free or installed. Lupe had excellent customer service and informed me that I can get free Microsoft services as a college student. Thanks to Lupe I’m no longer overwhelmed and stress and can start on my college paper tonight. Lupe you the real MVP stay blessed.

Everything was awesome. The store is clean and has huge variety of products. Plus they have huge parking. Starbucks is inside which made me more happy. But what it lacks is customer service. Their customer service is horrible. They treat customer like if you wanna buy, buy fast otherwise you may leave right now.

My mother called this morning to request to be transferred to the pharmacy the person who answered the phone very rudely told my mom “ I can not transfer you because is a different number. My mother said do you happen to know the number? The so call customer service person responded no goggle it and hang up on an elderly woman who does not have access to a smart phone. The people target hires are rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate.
