Dyson vacuum was out of stock and the cordless one too to our disappointment. And further one employee who had irritated the air because he couldn’t figure out the merchandise and their proper venue and stocking. In anger I have uploaded the photo otherwise the goods are far good beyond people’s imagination if only employees could just stock up.

As a regular Target customer, I feel aggravated that I gave money to a company who treated me with such degradation and disrespect. The Oxnard West Store Manager should be ashamed at the complete and utter lack of customer service at this location. The staff are rude, incompetent, and ganged up against me as I politely inquired about their price matching policies. While I usually make online purchases, sometimes I’ll go to Target to pick up an item that I need that day.Target Oxnard West refused to price match with the Target website. Supervisor’s reasoning: We prefer you to not come in store and just purchase the products through the Target website. I called Target Customer Service and received confirmation that Target stores are permitted to price match products on the Target website.Target Oxnard West also refused to price match any products fulfilled by Amazon Prime. Supervisor’s Reasoning: We will not price match any Amazon items that have a Prime sticker next to it, even if you are not a Prime member and the Amazon product does not have a Prime exclusive discount. I called Target Customer Service and received confirmation that Target stores are permitted to price match products fulfilled by Amazon Prime, as long as it’s not a Prime exclusive discount.For 10 years, I never had an issue with price matching at other Target locations. Target Oxnard West might have the foot traffic due to location, but they are a bad seed. I wish I could say that this was my first bad experience at Target Oxnard West. I brushed it off too many times in the past. Today’s experience with the staff was my breaking point. I absolutely refuse to ever step foot inside any Target ever again out of sheer principle.Do better, Target.
