Went to look for a product I need but , employees are not focus in customer service! When I approach even to asking they already turn me down by walking away. I needed any help. I guess at least 10 employees that I approach they focus on putting up the merchandise. Not good for customers..I guess a little training in customer service goes a long way. The only help I finally got is a employee going out of store counting customers at entrance. He took his time and got me the answer..on line only. Thanks

My pickup took about 3 hours after i placed my order, which is quicker than most places. For items that were out of stock, i was able to request free shipping within 2 business days. The staff was friendly and everyone wore their PPE!
