This was my 1st time ordering to pick up. I had to call the crazy busy store to figure out how to do the parking lot pick up. The girl was SUPER polite and patient explaining what to do. The young man that brought it to the car was running around like crazy and kept a smile the whole time!

To say I am disappointed with this location is an understatement. While driving home from Children’s Hospital LA, we stopped to get my son a lego set for being so brave. We had no idea Lego was coming out with a Mario addition and it has been something he has asked for for years. To our surprise they had it! It was all over the shelf! He was absolutely thrilled. We waited in line for 15 minutes with our item and when we got to the register they told us we could not purchase it until August 1st. No signs, no nothing. Just a devastated kid. Under different circumstances I don’t think I would be so upset, but it wasn’t and I am and I think it’s irresponsible for the store to not post that the items on the shelf aren’t actually for sale.
