They never answer their phones! I called because an item was missing from my order pick up which has happened before and it took 5 calls to 5 different departments to get someone. The guy I spoke to said they don’t keep people to answer the phones. Turns out the item was never picked for my order and when I asked to speak to a manager sure enough I was placed on hold and the manager never answered and the phone hung up on me. It’s worth the drive to any other target location for better customer service then this one.

Well there is not much difference from another locations but like all stablisments the manager in charge is the one to make the correct desitions …What is the best thing to do for your repeat customers .As everyone know every store have they favorites.With all of this craziness happening around we can understand the keeping the store with supplies is key to have a great successful day at the store..Water , cleaning products ,paper rolls, eggs ,milk…You guys knows what the people want…Please give as much as you guys can to stay safe for you and for the rest of us..I hope all of this caos finish soon .We will come back again hoping everything will be better ..As much a communication between your employees and supervisors and of course management..Will make the difference..Thank you for your effort and dedication that you guys give every day

Quick and easy order & pickup. Only issue was the red I’m Here button disappeared on the app when we pulled in and I kept trying to find and could not, but it some other notification link three times. Felt bad for the team member who apologized for the wait, but we didn’t wait, it was an app issue.
