This Target is located in a posh area of #houston, so you will find items here that are not available at other locations. My experience was less than average. I was waiting to use the self check out and the line was 5 deep. I saw 4 employees, apparently management, standing around chatting while we waited. No one opened up another cash register. There was only one register open.I saw employees just grouping and chatting away while I saw few people working. It was irritating. This is something I saw in the whole store.I am huge on customer service, this did not pass. It is a nice store with a large selection of goods but service sucks.

I have a baby registry with Target and this location is right by my place of employment, so it’s the most convenient Target for me to go to. Every time I go to get my registry gift bag, there are none available. The employees could offer to prepare one for me but they don’t. Why is the supervisor/manager on staff not on top of this? They should make sure the gift bags are plenty and ready to go each morning before opening, otherwise don’t advertise the gift bag on the registry app. It makes me feel like pregnant women are low on their priority list.

This Target Store on San Felipe near the West Loop South is very clean and well lighted with gleaming floors. Merchandise presentation is excellent with very few out of stocks. The store associates (team members) are friendly and helpful.
