I really love going to the Target in Richardson, TX. The place is clean and inviting. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The lady that helped me today was great!

I want to compliment three of your employees. This morning I went to Target for the express purpose of getting a magnifying glass. I looked through the aisles where I thought they’d be, but I couldn’t find any. A young man was stocking on an aisle close by so I asked him where I might find one. He stopped his work to help me look but he couldn’t find them either, so he checked his phone and told me a box had come in that morning. He showed me a picture of the item and asked if that would be what I could use. I told him yes, so he went to the back and came back with just what I needed. I asked his name, and he told me Jason Evans. I went to the checkout counter and the checker, Paula, showed me the manager that I could talk to. His name is Jacob. I gave my compliment to Jacob and immediately he gave a shout-out to Jason over the intercom. So, all the way around, Jason, Paula, and Jacob were very professional and accommodating. I really appreciate that kind of service.
