As a Red Card Member and long time customer, I am usually pleased with my experiences shopping at Target, whether on line or in store. I just received a shipment of cat food which I have ordered several times before (on line ) without issue. Today’s box was delivered, and half the cat food packets were empty, and the box wet inside. Literally, the merchandise was apparently just thrown in, with no protection whatsoever. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Poor quality control to say the least.

Shopping with the Target app to pick up orders is ALWAYS a great experience. I choose the items I need, a few clicks later and my order has been placed. My orders are always completed and accurate. They are usually ready early as well. I click on my way, and chose drive up, or in store pick up and go. When I do drive up, my order is delivered to my car in no time at all. Fastest, most accurate drive up pick up I’ve experienced anywhere.
