The store was understaffed. They only had 1 register open. There were plenty of other staff around but refused to open extra register for me. Was told to use self checkout. As a person I prefer human interaction…specially after this pandemic. Josh couldn’t understand that when I told him. I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars as Natalie was super helpful and kind when she checked me out.

The Target on Austin street is tiny compared to other locations with limited but essential products. It’s really convenient and easier to reach out to when we need something in urgent.The staff was reluctant and careless so we would rather use self checkout or sometimes give up buying when we can’t find what we are looking for.

I am a Target fan especially in NYC where big box stores can hardly be found and one is surrounded by 99c and up stores. Although a mini store, you can find all the daily American basics with a peace of mind for quality goods at decent prices for most goods. Returns are easy. Multiple Self checkout points are a blessing. Location is great.
