This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever beem through. The speed (or complete lack thereof) wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t constantly forgetting items, getting drink sizes wrong, and weren’t so all around unpleasant as employees. I’ve worked at 2 different Taco Bells myself, get it together people.

I’ll most likely stop going too the Red Bluff store. I go to or have someone pick up meals for me on a weekly basis. They consistently get my order wrong! They need to give ALL their employees a lesson on how to wrap a burrito and how to disperse sour cream evenly thru out the burrito! Regardless of how much extra sour cream I add to my burrito, I only get 1 bite and it’s always at the bottom! I could probably order a sour cream burrito and still only get 1 bite at the bottom of burrito with sour cream! I worked at taco bell when I was teen 25 yrs ago and later for the local corporate office, there’s NO reason for the quality of product coming out of the drive thru windows!
