They never get the order right today I went and got a burrito supreme and I found a piece of bone in it almost broke my front tooth I don’t know why there was a bone in there but that is the only Taco Bell close enough to me the one time they forgot to give me my burrito I had to call the manager and they told me I could go in anytime and picked it up all I had to do was give them my name you need to train the people better to listen to the customer and repeat the order I had to repeat it three times my order we got 3 regular burrito Supremes with sour cream one box with the burrito supreme no sour cream and they still got it wrong I speak English very well so I don’t know why they can’t understand but like I said that’s the only Taco Bell around my area that is closed I don’t go there very often because they get the orders wrong and lots of them don’t have the boxes with just a burrito supreme at Taco soda and now they have fries with it I used to work for Taco Bell for 10 years never got the orders wrong I did everything in the Taco Bells from cooking dicing orders register making a food we never had a complaint and this was the one on Maclay in San Fernando so the managers need to have a meeting with their employees or district managers need to go and talk to everybody and get the orders right thank you for reading my complaint have a great day
