My husband and I went in to change from Verizon to T Mobile and we had excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Ashley and Dom worked diligently to assist us and to get us switched over. Ashley stayed late beyond the store hours to assist us. We are so happy with there customer service. Thank you!

I had a certain issue that could only be dealt with by a manager. I was told he had stepped out and should be back in 15 minutes. After waiting for over an hour for the manager to return, I was again told he had stepped out and that they weren’t sure when he would return. I don’t understand how this is acceptable behavior for a manager during business hours outside of an emergency.
